The Incentive team have been supportive and challenging in equal measure, helping the OSG group and production facilities to deliver some incredible results in services procurement support and carbon reduction across our estate. Facilities Management
Incentive FM is the group’s ‘integrated services provider’ - a one stop shop employing 1,500 staff for its clients to typically deliver maintenance, security, cleaning and support services together with on-site management and administration via a single payroll and a single reconciled invoice each month.
Cleaning Service
Incentive QAS is a standalone contract cleaning specialist employing around 1,000 staff who are employed in both public and private sector environments around the UK.
Window Cleaning
SWC operates throughout the UK and provides weekly window cleaning services for restaurants and high street multiples. It also delivers extensive high rise access window cleaning and abseiling particularly in London.
M&E Services
Incentive TEC is the group’s specialist M&E services operator throughout the UK covering offices, factories and theatres, delivering maintenance, repairs and installation projects.
Consultancy
Incentive Consultancy provides its clients with Independent technical advice, strategic reviews, procurement support and energy audits.
