After a long tender process and partnership meetings, Incentive FM was appointed as the soft services facilities management provider at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol In April 2017. We welcomed, via the TUPE transfer process, 115 people into our organisation working together with a vibrant One Team Ethos. Our contract was extended in 2020 for a further two years.
