Drake Circus Shopping Centre is a 566,000 square foot covered mall in the centre of Plymouth and is the west country’s most popular shopping centre with over 70 retail and leisure units which originally opened in 2006. It also incorporates the newly opened Bar Code leisure & entertainment development which opened in autumn 2019 and spans more than 100,000 sq ft with more than 400 car parking spaces including electric car charging spaces. As well as a cinema, restaurants and shopping the Bar Code also has two 18- hole indoor adventure golf courses set amidst a tropical paradise.
Incentive FM were appointed as the facilities management provider in May 2017 and we transferred over 65 new colleagues into our organisation. Our remit is to provide security, cleaning and guest services to the main centre, car park and Bar code leisure development and associated services such as waste management, pest control and feminine hygiene services.
