Incentive Consultancy  has worked with Royal Shakespeare Company on a on a variety of projects including  – The procurement and service delivery strategy for all FM services across their UK estate. Others range from Iconic buildings crowded places security and safety advice to registering their ESOS compliance.

The RSC has a diverse estate of property such as the RSC and Other Place Theatre, offices, costume workshops and Troop accommodation. This clearly required a bespoke specification and procurement process.

  • The scope of the Incentive Consultancy assignment included cleaning, security services, building infrastructure maintenance, M&E, post room, , asset management and the help desk operations as well as a review of the client side estates management structure.

PQQ selection was undertaken afte advertising on OJEU  and filtered down through a transparent scoring process and long list interviews of suppliers.  Tenders were then invited, the

  • process managed and returns scored again via a transparent mechanism. Interviews were conducted, scored and recommendations made for supplier appointments.
  • KPI’s were then developed and agreed with the successful suppliers and appended to the various service line suppliers..
