Access consultancy – Very often we are asked to solve the supposedly unsolvable access issues our customers face when attempting to clean, restore or repair high level areas of their properties. On numerous occasions we have been informed that our customers have been told access to certain areas is impossible, only for our highly experienced management and supervisory team to use their initiative and knowledge to provide a solution.
Builder & Sparkle Cleans – On completion of new build & refurbished facilities, our teams are called upon to complete builder & sparkle cleans to make sure the facility is looking its very best following the building works. From a single office to large corporate offices and industrial buildings our operatives deliver exceptionally high cleaning standards. Where required all types of access equipment can be called upon and operated by our qualified operatives which include IRATA, PASMA & IPAF certification.
Working at Height Cleaning – The delivery of periodic, high level window and building fabric cleaning is the core service we provide as a business. All employees of SWC are trained in a variety of high level access methods on numerous sites and all hold IPAF certificates that allow them to use any MEWP required. Our high level skill set includes using cradles to clean at a height of over 50 storeys on some of London’s most prestigious buildings – so it is safe to say we have a good head for heights!
IRATA Rope access – SWC is a Corporate member of IRATA, Our team are some of the most highly skilled and trained operatives in the industry, we are able to deliver rope access cleaning with IRATA level 3 trained members of staff across a number of buildings within our portfolio, providing a staff alternative to BMUs
Internal atrium and lift shaft cleaning – Our cradle and high level access experience includes a wide-range of internal glass atriums that are cleaned via man-safe systems, cradles or MEWP’s. We also clean numerous scenic and enclosed lift shafts out of working hours in partnership with rope access workers, lift technicians and building management teams to ensure the appearance of those hard to reach places is fully maintained.
